Huambo 93
This track talks about the Angolan Civil War in 93’, specifically in Huambo (South of Angola). His mom and wife were refugees from South of Angola, and they struggled to survive and escape alive at that time. This music starts in the war zone, when MPLA fights UNITA outside of the city in an attempt to earn more enemy room. After this part, you listen to a man talk about killings, hunger, misery and the actual situation. The third part of the song is when the war arrives in his wife's village and the local people start to scream because someone dropped a bomb on a building full on chidreans. His purpose with this song is to remind us about these tragic moments, to never happen again.
